Article Processing Charge (APC)

The publication costs of the Southeast Asian Journal of Service Management (SEAJSM) are fully covered by the School of Business Innovation and Management, University of Surabaya. Therefore, authors are not required to pay any article processing charges (APCs) or submission fees. SEAJSM does not impose any fees at any stage of the publication process, including manuscript submission, peer review, copyediting, layout editing, publication, and online distribution. This policy reflects SEAJSM’s commitment to promoting equitable access to scholarly publishing and supporting the wide dissemination of high-quality research without financial barriers for authors.
