SEAJSM does not charge authors any fees. All stages of the publication process are free of charge:

Authors are not required to pay any article processing charges (APCs) or submission fees. SEAJSM does not impose any fees at any stage of the publication process, including manuscript submission, peer review, copyediting, layout editing, publication, and online distribution. There are no hidden charges.
Waiver Policy
Because SEAJSM charges no fees of any kind, no waiver mechanism is required: all authors, regardless of institution, country, or financial capacity, are exempt from all publication fees automatically and permanently.
This policy reflects SEAJSM’s commitment to promoting equitable access to scholarly publishing and supporting the wide dissemination of high-quality research without financial barriers for authors.
